Dr. Ray Khare

Veterinarian

Dr. Rachelle (Ray) Khare grew up as a Navy brat, so she has a long list of places that she calls home. One of her most beloved on that list was living in Fort Collins, Colorado, where she received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Microbiology at Colorado State University. She has been in the veterinary field (holistic, rehabilitation, general practice, and even research) as early as her first job in high school, where she fondly remembers going to work for late night treatments after field hockey practice. She attended veterinary school at the University of Tennessee and began her formal training in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine in Beijing, China, with the Chi Institute after her first semester. Dr. Khare is a Fear Free certified veterinarian who practices TCVM, Acupuncture, and Spinal Manipulation/Chiropractic. Her professional interests also include internal medicine, physical therapy, and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Khare shares her home with cats, dogs, rabbits, and parrots, but when not at home or the practice, you will most likely find her practicing yoga, kayaking, hiking, or brewery hopping with her husband.
